What the inquiry form collects
Your name, email address and message; the kind of inquiry or the painting you chose; and any optional details you add. Your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions and is not stored with your message.
How it is used
Only to reply to your inquiry and to continue the conversation you started. It is not used for marketing, not added to any mailing list, not sold, and not shared beyond the services that store and deliver it.
Where it is kept
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Your inquiry is saved in a private Cloudflare database so it is not lost, and a copy is sent to Natalia's email inbox through Cloudflare's email service. Access is limited to Natalia and anyone she authorizes to maintain the site. While you write, the form keeps a draft in this browser tab so it survives a language change or a failed send; the draft is removed when the message is sent or the tab is closed.
How long it is kept, and how to have it deleted
Inquiries are kept only as long as they are needed for the conversation and its records. To have yours deleted, reply in your email conversation with Natalia or send a request through the inquiry form.
Cookies and statistics
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Anonymous visit statistics are collected by Cloudflare Web Analytics without cookies, and they never include what you write in the form.
